In the now completed second phase of Fairly Painless’s rebranding of Staples’ contract furniture division (Business Interiors by Staples), we identified emerging workplace trends to inform and inspire A&D and end-user audiences. To the initiative’s overarching “Possibilities” theme, our Fresh insights for where we work, heal and teach is providing a smart, strategic way to further establish Staples’ vibrant and significant presence in the contract furniture industry. New website, photo shoot, and catalog later, the campaign is exceeding its plan.
